Cocktail Paris Velvet Club

Inspired by the Clover Club, a classic from the early 20th century, cognac replaces the gin, enhancing the taste of the grape. The rosy expression of Café de Paris brings lightness and freshness to this smooth, gourmet blend.

Ingredients

Difficulty: High

30 ml Cognac
10 ml lemon juice
10 ml orgeat syrup
5 fresh raspberries
10 ml egg white
1 zest of lime

Preparation of the recipe

  1. In a shaker without ice: add the cognac, lime, orgeat syrup, fresh raspberries and egg white.
  2. Then add ice cubes.
  3. Shake and strain into the glass.
  4. Add the Café de Paris Rosé and zest the lemon over the mousse.
  5. Garnish with a raspberry skewer.
