Cocktail Paris Royal

Inspired by the Kir Royal, to create an elegant cocktail, where the red fruit notes of the Rosé de Café de Paris expression are accentuated by the floral freshness of juniper and the sweetness of raspberry.

Ingredients

Difficulty: Medium

10 ml Gin
10 ml Raspberry Cream
1 teaspoon grenadine syrup
120 ml Café de Paris Rosé

1 raspberry for decoration

Preparation of the recipe

1. Straight into the glass: add the gin, raspberry cream and grenadine syrup.
2. Stir with a spoon.
3. Pour in Café de Paris Rosé.
