Parisian Twist
Made with Classic Sparkling Wine Café de Paris Brut
Method
- Pour the grapefruit cream, raspberry puree and lemon juice into the glass.
- Add ice.
- Pour in the Café de Paris.
- Stir once with a spoon.
- Top up with grapefruit zest.

- 12 cl of café de Paris Brut
- 2 cl pink grapefruit cream
- 2 cl raspberry purée
- 1 cl lemon juice
- Zest of fresh grapefruit
