French Fizz
Made with Classic Sparkling Wine Café de Paris Brut
Our Christmas cocktail
Method
- In a glass filled with ice add 2 cl of lemon liqueur.
- Add sparkling water.
- Dilute with 10 cl of Café de Paris Brut.
- Crush 1 sprig of thyme.
- Mix gently with a spoon.

- 10 cl of Café de Paris Brut
- 2 cl lemon liqueur
- 3 cl soda water
- 1 sprig of freshly crushed thyme
- 1 Dash of Yuzu bitter / Yuzu liqueur
